Our helicopters are flying emergency rooms. When there’s a life-or-death call, we bring specialised doctors, paramedics and treatment to the scene, fast. And we don’t stop 24/7, 365 days a year.  

We're an independent charity. It costs £18.8M a year or over £51K per day to operate our world leading, lifesaving service with 88% of our total income raised through the incredible generosity of our supporters
